Zambia Army Shortlisted Candidates 2024: According to the government, approximately 5,000 individuals have been shortlisted for commissioned and non-commissioned positions in the Defense Forces.
Defense Minister Ambrose Lufuma stated that a total of 236,000 individuals applied for positions in the Zambia Army, Zambia National Service, and Zambia Air Force.
Mr Lifuma, on the other hand, maintained that there are 5,000 available positions for recruiting in the three defense services.

On Tuesday, March 14, the Zambia Army stated that the application has been open from Monday, March 13, and is free.
Non-trades applicants must be at least 18 years old and no older than 22 years old, while trades applicants must be no older than 26 years old as of April 31, 2024.
