Salary Increments in the Anambra State Civil Service
Salary increments in the Anambra State Civil Service are based on grade levels.
For instance, Grade Level 2 employees earn a salary range of between N297,968 and N371,760 annually, or N26,176 and N29,610 per month, while Grade Level 3 employees earn a salary range of between N330,000 and N420,000 annually, or N27,500 and N35,000 per month.
The salary increments continue to increase as the employee progresses through the grade levels, with the highest level, Grade Level 17, offering the highest salaries and benefits.
Anambra State Civil Service Allowance
In addition to the base salaries, civil servants in Anambra State are entitled to additional allowances and benefits.

Recently, the Anambra State Governor approved the implementation of the consequential adjustment of the N30,000 National Minimum Wage for civil servants in the state.
