The Philippine Air Force is currently accepting applicants for the PAF Officer Candidate Course and Special Enlistment, offering those who qualify the chance to embark on a fulfilling career in the military.
The PAF has two types of personnel: Officer Candidates and Candidate Soldiers. To be eligible for training as an Officer Candidate, you must have a bachelor’s degree and be at least 21 but no more than 29 years old.
To qualify as a Candidate Soldier, you must have finished the K-12 basic education program or obtained at least 72 units in a collegiate course from a government-recognized educational institution, and you must be at least 18 but no more than 26 years old when admitted to training.
There will be no waivers allowed for normal recruitment in the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
To be eligible for Officer Candidate or Candidate Soldier, you must be a natural-born citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, of good moral character, single, have never been married, have no legal obligation to support a child or children, and be at least 152.4 centimeters or five (5) feet tall, for both male and female.
Indigene applicants who fall short of the minimum height requirement should get confirmation from the National Commission of Indigenous People. For military training, you must also be physically and intellectually fit.
How to Apply for a Position in the Philippine Air Force Recruitment in 2023
From 8:00 a.m. on August 10, 2023, through 5:00 p.m. on August 14, 2023, applicants may register and access the PAF Online Registration System at https://www.paf.mil.ph/. Because of the current pandemic, walk-in applications are NOT ACCEPTED.
Instead, all applicants must apply online using the PAF Online Recruitment Portal 2023.
All qualified applicants will be notified later about the exam day and location. The examinations must be carried out in accordance with the minimal minimum of health procedures.
Those who applied at the various processing sites prior to the Enhanced Community Quarantine, as well as online applicants, will be advised of their test schedule and location.
Candidates must stay in touch in case of any alerts or announcements. Check your email on a regular basis. Applicants who appeared for the examination last year but did not pass may still apply if they meet the minimum prerequisites.
